General Details

Ticketed Event

This is a ticketed event and attendees will sign in on arrival. Tickets may be available on the day, depending on attendee booking numbers leading up to the event. This years event will have a maximum capacity of 90 attendees.

If you are looking to play in any Roleplaying games, you must book your game sessions (no additional charge) in additional to purchasing your tickets for the event. 

Venue 

• Food and Drink is available at the venue.
• Heated venue.
• Onsite bathroom facilities.
• Alpha Gaming will have a small store onsite, with a special pre-order and event pickup available leading up to the event. Details will be emailed to attendees, so please include your email when booking your tickets.
• Alpha Gaming will provide a small games library of ~50 titles
• Parking - There is free parking at the venue.

Nearby

• Gungahlin - Plenty of alternative food options only a 5 minute drive away.

Attendance

• All attendees are required to book prior to the event, sign in at the club on arrival and then register at the event itself upon entering the event rooms. I will have a full list of all paid attendees, so you just need to bring yourself and any additional games you may like to bring along.
• No refunds will be available after 10 June 2025, unless an event is cancelled by Alpha Gaming or special circumstances approved at our discretion.
• As the venue is a licences club all persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

What to expect on the day?

Two days of gaming fun including;

• Board Games - Choose from the games library, buy from the store or bring your own.
• Board Games - Learn to play.
• Roleplaying - You must sign up for these events prior to attending, get in early if you want to secure your session.
• Prize Draw giveaways - 2025 prize value to be confirmed. 2025 prizes were valued at over $2,500.

Entry Fee & Bookings

Event attendees must register and pay the entry fee to lock down your booking. You will receive an order confirmation from Shopify confirming your booking. You may also receive an email to confirm your RPG sessions.

Tickets - There are no physical tickets for the event - upon completing your order you will be added to the attendee list and signed in at the door. When completing your order, please select the AlphaCon 2025 / Pickup - free delivery options.

Cancellations - No refunds will be given to any bookings cancelled after the 10th of June 2025. Unless the cancellation is triggered by Alpha Gaming due to event cancellation or special circumstances approved by us.
