Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We do not offer an exchange or refund for change of mind. If the product you receive is damaged, you need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Once your returned product and proof of purchase is received by us and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund. You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to us.
If your exchange is approved, we will aim to obtain an undamaged copy of the product in exchange for you. No product will be accepted for exchange without prior approval from us. If post approval, we are unable to exchange the damaged product, we will provide a refund upon the provision of the complete damaged product and proof of purchase (or reciept) back to us (minus any shipping costs you may have incurred*).
*Note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in case of an exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There are certain situations where exchanges and refunds are not granted:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or having missing parts for reasons not due to our error, including but not limited to lack of care, wear & tear, mishandling or misuse on the part of the customer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
